Skyward Offers a full line of countering bore drilling tools starting from diameter 50mm all the way upto 300mm. Special larger counter boring heads could be made on request. Our Counter boring heads are designed to keep the inventory cost down, as our Counter boring heads starting from 65mm can expand upto 2mm radially (4mm diametrically), thus eliminating the need to store whole range of cutters.

Diameters can be easily adjusted using shim pads. Our specially designed cartridge provides a rigid support even when raised by 2mm.
Skyward Provides Pull boring as well as push Boring solutions. Pull boring is recommended when concentricity of ID w.r.t OD is utmost important. Our best result so far with full boring is Concentricity of 0.2mm in a pipe of 6meters length under best conditions.
Counter Boring cutters are compatible with Sandvik, Tungaloy and Iscar Inserts.
